I have had fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue for over four years. In my battle to feel good, be healthy, and lead a quality life, I have learned more about what I eat, use, buy, and hand my children to eat, play with, wear, wash their hands with, and so on. Even though dealing with health issues can be difficult, we also find blessings in our trials, and this has been one for me. I want my family to have quality and quantity when it comes to our lives. I saw my mother suffer from fibro for over 20 years, with doctors subscribing little relief, and her subsequently worsening over the years. She was stronger than I, for when I was at my worst stages, and on quite a few heavy prescriptions for pain, it only lasted a few months until I found relief. My mother never found that relief before she passed away, and I know I have been extremely blessed in feeling as good as I do now.
Instead of constantly burdening friends and family with all my health excitement, I've decided to blog it, so I can get it out of my head, and hopefully inform others, if nothing else, be a journal for myself.
